1. Description

The Mix Popcorn Machine can use two technologies at the same time, electromagnetic heating technology (round bottom kettle) and electric heating technology (flat bottom kettle), to pop popcorn, which is simple operation, high capacity and stable performance. It has twin exhaust systems, two blower and heater systems, and two bucket oil pumps. The two kettles will pop almost 100 lbs. of popcorn per hour. You'll need some fast folks to keep up with this machine. Jumbo and butterfly popcorn can be produced by it.

4. Differences Between Two Kettles

(1) Electromagnetic heating technology popcorn machine (round bottom kettle)

Equipped with PLC controller for stirring.
Have self-checking function with WIFI remote control system.
Use round bottom kettle to avoid the centrifugal effect and ensure all the corns are in the middle (the effectual heating area) and well burst while the stirring rod rotating in the kettle.
Make a kettle of popcorn in three minutes, higher productivity and 40% power saving, achieving 97% utilization.

(2) Electric heating technology popcorn machine (flat bottom kettle)

The wires of heating and control systems are build-in to avoid being damaged by objects or liquids which will lead to short circuit.
Easy to operate with Standard PowerOff Control.
Adopt the heating technology of disc type heater tube to ensure all the corn well burst.
